Job Description:

Blossoms Physiotherapy is seeking a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and developing comprehensive treatment plans for patients in various departments, including pediatric, orthopedic, gynecology, and neurology. We offer a holistic and patient-centric approach, both in-clinic and through home visits. 

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Management:

Evaluate and assess patients to diagnose movement disorders and injuries.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and conditions.

Monitor and record progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Educate patients and caregivers on physical therapy treatments and home exercises.

Treatment Planning & Execution:

Implement therapy using techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and equipment-based treatments.

Use specialized knowledge in pediatric, orthopedic, gynecology, and neurology physiotherapy for effective treatment.

Provide evidence-based care to ensure optimal outcomes for all patients.

Home Visits:

Conduct physiotherapy sessions in patients’ homes as required.

Ensure effective and safe treatment delivery during home visits, maintaining professionalism and patient privacy.

Follow up on patient recovery and rehabilitation during home visits to ensure continuity of care.

Driving Skills:

Must possess a valid driver’s license and have good driving skills to travel for home visits as needed.

Ensure punctuality and reliability when attending to home-based patients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.

A valid license to practice as a physiotherapist.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in clinical physiotherapy, experience in pediatric, orthopedic, gynecology, or neurology physiotherapy is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage patients with care and empathy.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Valid driving license and willingness to travel for home visits.
